The Black Tie Nightclub has taken over the old Swain’s Steakhouse across New Bern Ave. from Wake Medical Center. Business is great and they need to expand. The kitchen and back room area is completely packed with equipment and smallwares from Swain’s that they cannot use and are in the way of expansion. ......THESE ITEMS MUST BE SOLD......
